Chiropractic with a Focus on Pain Management and Healing

At Life Wellness Center we want patients to live and enjoy their lives. For this reason, Dr. Bryngelson treats patients with a primary focus on first managing pain and then helping the body to heal in order to prevent future pain, injury, and illness. Dr. Bryngelson works with each patient to develop an ongoing chiropractic wellness plan. As the patient's body responds to treatment, his or her wellness plan might be adjusted to better accommodate the body's newly achieved level of wellness. Our chiropractor likes to keep an open, ongoing dialog with each patient regarding his or her treatment to ensure they receive the care they need.

Chiropractic wellness plans begin with a postural screening during which our chiropractor assesses each patient's spinal health, looking for signs which might point to underlying health issues or injury. Dr. Bryngelson then develops a personally prescribed wellness plan comprised of spinal adjustments and other complementary therapies and treatments such as massage therapy, cold laser therapy, stretches and corrective exercises, and nutritional counseling.

Each of these chiropractic therapies and treatments works in tandem with the others to simultaneously release tension in the body, correct spinal misalignments due to physical, chemical, and emotional stresses and to provide the body with the tools (vitamins and nutrients) it needs to heal and operate with a highly functioning immune system, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.
